Q: Where are you located?
A:  I currently rent space inside of The Shed Salon. We are located in the back of the Agawam Mill Building at 1454 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island. ( pease click "where" page for more detailed directions, as it can be tricky to find the first visit! ) Come check out our beautiful space (and waterfall) !!

Q: What is your current schedule?

A: I am currently booking clients Tuesday through Saturday. I try my best to rotate and accommodate everybody I can - but my schedule is usually booked out about 1-2 months ahead. Saturdays and evenings do book out furthest in advance as they are the most in demand. Please let me know if you would like to be added to my cancelation list for sooner openings than your scheduled service date! If you need a particular day/time, please prebook your appointments if possible!

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: New clients can fill out the appointment request form on "contact" page, take advantage of my online booking system or contact me at 401-903-0842. The more information you can provide the better I can accommodate your hair goals - Pictures are always welcome! All new clients are required to give credit card information upon booking.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Providing outstanding service is the core of my business. Because salon services are reserved especially for you, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. (48 hours advance for longer services such as keratin or corrective color service 4+ hours.) Without advance notice, you will be charged up to 50% of the cancelled service price. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding!

Q: What products do you use?
A:  I use Goldwell Color, which I am certified in and have been working with for over 14 years. Their portfolio line is huge and so diverse - it truly delivers phenomenal results. Some of my favorite products I use and sell daily are from: IGK, Moroccan Oil, Keratin Complex, Eufora... I am always open to suggestions if there is a line or product you love and would like me to provide, let me know!

 

Q: How do I choose the right treatment and products?
A:  I offer complimentary consultations, and always advise them for first time color clients! Some corrective color situations may even require an in person strand test prior to their service (complimentary as well). This will help me determine the best plan to meet your hair goals and schedule appointments accordingly. I am always available to answer your questions, just ask! :)

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: I do not offer gift certificates at this time but I do offer prepaid appointments if you would like to purchase a service for somebody you know! Please contact me directly via phone (401)903-0842 or email (carlaorsihair@gmail.com) to inquire.

Q: Do you accommodate late arrivals?
A:  In the event that you are running late, please call/text directly to notify me. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling or skipping part of service.
